Thank you all for commenting and helping on this post. I am back with another suggestion for those who what to move the Sygic maps to external sd card. This method is tested by me using Sygic v14.3.2 Build -118659 (licensed) installed on a Galaxy Note 2.
All you have to do is to move the entire Sygic folder from the internal phone memory to the root of the external sd card. Somehow Sygic is detecting the new location and everything should work without any issues. The new maps will be installed in the new location on external sd card. No other Sygic files will remain on the internal phone memory.
